Novo Group client, Huadu International NZ are celebrating a project milestone having recently had resource consent approved for a new health facility in the central Christchurch health precinct. The consent application is for a seven storey building which will house medical facilities and patient recovery rooms in the upper levels, with retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor and underground car and bike parking.
Novo have worked closely with Huadu on a number of Christchurch projects, having previously completed planning work on the HREF (Health Research Education Facility) building.
